For the two-years and-counting existence of this organization since it has been established, its primary aim has remained consistent: to help our fellow youth who are less fortunate.
Teen Goals was established on December 01, 2016 using social media platforms Facebook and Messenger. Jeric S. Cabanillas conceived the organization's main goal which is to help less-fortunate children in Puerto Princesa. Through Facebook, Jeric posted an announcement calling for the attention of people who are willing to help and become volunteers. Afterwards, he created a group chat in Messenger allowing them to communicate with each other to plan the gift giving activity and to find ways to raise donations.
They have successfully done their first gift giving project in spite of having only four members present during the activity. This did not hinder the organization to continue upholding its legacy to help people.
The organization and its members firmly believe that it is great to have a mindset of helping other people who are in need because they are able to share the blessings that they have at their young age. Having lots or just few money does not matter. For them. a person's willingness to help other people in any possible way matters the most.
